With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, Jason’s results-oriented emphasis keeps company standards high. He works on a constant basis to keep Clifford-Jacobs at the top of their game to excel on a detailed level at meeting customers’ needs.
Bud Kinney, VP Innovation & Development, IMT Forge Group
Bud is a mechanical engineer with over 20 years of sales and marketing experience. Bud’s responsibilities include managing the Sales Force, developing and executing sales strategies and working to strengthen the position of the IMT Forge Group in the marketplace.
Lori Brown, Sales Manager
Based out of Champaign, Illinois, Lori serves as the link between IMT Forge Groups’ various disciplines and customers. This includes a focus on advancing a global understanding of the steel forging industry for the benefit of customers.

Erica Paulus, Human Resources Manager
Erica Paulus, SHRM-CP, PHR is responsible for the area of human resources. These duties include, in-part, the areas of benefit administration, training & development, recruiting, labor, employee relations, and workers compensation. Prior to Clifford-Jacobs, she held a similar roles where she performed a wide range of duties, including acting as a strategic advisor to company executives on a range of issues varying from production & productivity to engagement & retention. Erica holds both a Masters of Education in Human Resources Development and a Bachelor’s of Science in Advertising Communications. She has also earned both the Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certifications. Her goal in leading the human resources department is to aid in the alignment of business objectives with the needs employees and management.
Lindsay Carney, Controller
As Controller, Lindsay is responsible for executing the company’s financial reporting as well as ensuring that these documents comply with generally accepted accounting principles. Since joining Clifford-Jacobs in early 2012, she has assumed responsibilities and oversees the cost accounting functions which include standardized cost setting, variance analysis and reporting, inventory valuation, and manufacturing close processes. Additionally, she manages the payables, receivables, capitalize assets, and MRO procurement procedures. Prior to Clifford-Jacobs, she has held similar roles within manufacturing accounting departments serving the steel, foundry, and energy industry sectors. Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Communications from Northern Illinois University, along with both her Master of Accountancy and MBA. She is in the final process of obtaining both licenses for Certified Public Accounting and Certified Management Accounting.
Cy Miller, Quality & Safety Manager
Cy brings almost 30 years of quality experience to Clifford-Jacobs. He has held various leadership positions including Quality Manager, Corporate Quality Manager, Director of Quality and V.P. of Quality. He has had the opportunity to set up and qualify factories in China, South Korea and Mexico to meet customer requirements. He has implemented and/or maintained AS9100, ISO-9001, 5S, Continuous Improvement, Safety and Export Compliance programs. At Clifford-Jacobs, Cy’s expertise and knowledge will help take the company to the next level of quality and customer satisfaction.
